Day of Tamagokakegohan
Today is the day of Tamagokakegohan(たまごかけご飯), I heard. I don't know why today is the day of Tamagokakegohan, but today is the day of Tamagokakegohan...
Tamagokakegohan is Japanese food that really easy to cook it. To make Tamagokakegohan, we need bowl of rice, raw egg and soy source. I sometimes eat this in the morning.
Usually, I use usual soy source but there's some special soy sources. I've never used this special soy source (たまごかけご飯専用醤油) but if I have a chance, I wanna try this.
