They are not
I read one philosopher's opinion. In that opinion he criticized that the government that they were not discuss much. This is not about the special offer for ETC users. He criticized them when the government pass the new law for organ donation. According to his opinion, they discussed only 9 hours for that law. Many people paid attention to that law because this law might define brain death as death. But the government discussed about this law only 9 hours...
I think, they might discussed about this special offer for ETC users only an hour. Or they discussed it less than an hour...
They are not trying to decrease the CO2 and solve the global warming earnestly, I think. Don't you think so?

Can't have mobile phone
These mobile phone caused new bullying, some experts said. And I think so too.
In Ishikawa prefecture, the code went through the prefectural assembly today. The elementary and junior high-school students should not use mobile phone. According to that law, the parents who have elementary or junior high-school student(s) must try for that. Some media released their own opinions on web or their newspapers, that the law is wrong. They are disagree with that law. But I agree with their law. They don't need mobile phone. Don't you think so?

great people
Michael Jackson died.
There are many fans in the world and I'm one of these people.
I heard the news that many of CD stores ordered Michael Jackson's CD because many people are buying his CD. 150,000 CDs. I think, this will be the new record in Japan.
Today, I was planning to post different article. I was not planning to post an article about "Michael Jackson" because I couldn't expect it of course. But I think, I don't have to change today's title "great people" because I was planning to post an article that about Japanese great people. And Michael Jackson is also great people, I believe.
Yesterday I attended the lecture. In the lecture, Japanese great people. Some says he is future Nobel Prize winner. And I believe that he will be the winner of Nobel Prize in immediate future. He is now over 80 years old but he was really powerful. His name is Jun-ichi Nishizawa. He is now president of Iwate Prefectural University but he is also a researcher. His speech was really interesting and I could enjoy it. And I can't believe he is over 80 years old...
Anyway, there's many great people. They are really powerful and give us hope. But even these great people would die. Michael Jackson's news reminded me about that.
Until the time will come, I'll do my best like Mr. Jun-ichi Nishizawa. And I hope he will be the winner of Nobel Prize.

Pepsi's new taste
I think, this is the fourth time to post article about the pepsi. First time was 12th June, 2007. At that time, I posted about their new flavor "PEPSI Ice cucumber". Second, on 30th June, 2008. At that time, I posted about their new flavor "PEPSI Blue Hawaii" and "PEPSI Nex zero". On 30th October, 2008, I posted about "PEPSI white". You can find these flavors and check my poor English from the link. I believe that my English is improving... I hope so...
Anyway, PepsiCo introduced their new flavor coke on Tuesday. I heard the news that they would release it on Tuesday, but I forgot about that on Tuesday. Then I couldn't buy it on the release day... lol
But today I went to supermarket with my friend and we found it. Of course, me and my friend bought it. :D
This flavor is limited time offer as usual. The flavor is "PEPSI shiso". I think, I should say it as "Japanese basil". Anyway, the label says "Japanese refreshing flavor". I think, this copy is quite right. But some might not like this flavor. But I like it. If you have a chance to come to Japan, you should try it... lol

Broken...
These days I had a problem on my iPhone 3G... But this problem is not iPhone 3G's problem. My iPhone 3G's case had broken... You can check the photo on top...
I like this case but now I wanna change it... This case have a smooth feel and I like it. And its color, elegant wine red...
But I felt that I need to buy new one. Then on Tuesday, I went to the electronics retail store near my house. I couldn't find the same case but I found the similar type at the store. And I changed the case but the case looks cheap case...
I might change my case if I could find more nice case...

father's day
Yesterday was father's day. I think, "father's day" is not as famous as "mother's day". Most of people present carnation to their mother. But what do you present to your father on father's day? I searched on wikipedia about that. According to the wikipedia, rose is the best flower to present.
But I didn't present rose to my father. I presented 日本酒(Japanese sake). The photo on top is the sake that I presented to my father. The label is different from the usual one. This is father's day version it says "感謝(thanks)". And I said "thank you" to my father, yesterday.

Seminar and mock test
There are 4 courses that I can choose. Course for 470 points, course for 600 points, course for 730 points and course for 860 points. These points are the score of TOEIC. I was torn between course for 730 points and course for 860 points because my score was 740 in March. But finally, I decided to joint course for 860 because I'm studying to get over 900 points in TOEIC.
That course was really nice. People in there were really kind and they're very earnest to study English. And they spoke English very well. In my opinion, I wanna join that class if I can. But...
I think, it's hard to go there. I need about an hour to get there. And I have a lot of classes that I need to take in my college...
But I might join such course from next April because I won't have to take a lot of classes next year.
Anyway, mock test. I need to take English classes in my college until I'll get over 800 points in TOEIC or end of the 1st grade. And our english teachers planned to hold the mock test to know our level. I think, it's better to show them the score of TOEIC test. But they wanted to hold it.
And today was the day of mock test. Of course, I joined and I marked it after the test. But I couldn't believe my score at the mock test. I could get about 800 points... I mean, the score was 795-885.
I couldn't believe the score because I felt that "I'm losing my score from March" before the mock test. But this is the good news for me I believe. I hope that I can take over 800 points in TOEIC in official test. Now, I'm planning to take the TOEIC test in September.

Version 3.0
This morning (or mid-night), Apple released iPhone's latest OS iPhone OS 3.0. I'm iPhone 3G user but I'm not planning to buy new iPhone 3G S because I don't have a much money to buy new one... And I felt that I don't need it. I have Sanyo's HD video camera so I'm not worrying about the video. It's rare for me to be lost then, I don't need compass.
But speed...
I watched the movie on YouTube.com, that showed me how iPhone 3G S is fast. I felt iPhone 3G S is really fast. But I'll wait with my iPhone 3G... lol
Anyway, I installed it at 2 a.m. (JST). Yes, this early morning. And I needed to wait about a half of an hour to download the software... But now I can cut, copy and paste on my iPhone. I can use MMS. I can type e-mail with landscape keyboard. I can't use the Internet Tethering in Japan...
I couldn't have a much time to use this OS 3.0. Then I hope that I can use other new services as soon as possible.

lost again...
This time, we are in World cup soccer qualifier. And Japan national team and Australia national team are both in the same group. And both of us got the ticket for World Cup 2010. But we had a last game against Australia in Melbourne.
Many Japanese believed that they would revenge against Australia, before the game. They could get one goal from Australia, but they lost again. Some key players were absent in this game but they had to win the game. Because the head coach Takeshi Okada said, "We are aspiring to become top 4 in FIFA World Cup 2010". If I can, I wanna go to South Africa to watch the game. But I think, it's hard to go. Then I might watch it on TV...

interview
I read newspaper every morning. Sometimes, I can't take much time to read evening edition. But I read morning edition every day in the morning. Today I read today's newspaper. I found the article about Haruki Murakami's latest novel 1Q84 on front page. And more stories on middle. I think, this is short series then I can read another story about this tomorrow morning.
Haruki Murakami is one of my favorite authors in Japan. And I've already read his latest novel 1Q84. This is the third time to post about this novel so, I don't write about this novel today.
Anyway, I heard that it's very rare that he got interview. So, this article might be precious interview. And you can check the interview online. photo
I like taking photos. And I uploaded some of photos that I took on my web page. But I got a mail from MobileMe team. According to their mail, they will be retiring .Mac HomePage on 7th July, 2009. I don't know why but I won't be able to update my web page after 7th July. Then I was looking for the web services like .Mac HomePage. But I couldn't..
Then I changed my mind to use photo storage like Flickr, Picasa, etc... First, I checked Picasa because I have a google account. But I felt that Picasa is not suitable for my need. Then I checked MobileMe's photo gallery but I felt this is hard to access from people who are not member of MobileMe.
Finally, I checked Flickr. But there's one big problem, I need to create new account to use Flickr.com. But I created new account then started to use Flickr. I think, Flickr is suitable for my use I believe. Of course, I'm beginner of flickr so I can't use the site well... I will check some features on flickr. And upload more photos.

rainy season
Yesterday, Japan Meteorological Agency announced that the Kanto religion seems to be in rainy season. Usually, they announce these announcement on rainy day. But yesterday was cloudy day. And today was rain in the morning but before noon, rain stopped. In the afternoon, weather changed. It became sunny and it's hot. I heard tomorrow's weather will be sunny according to the weather forecast.
Last week was not good weather. Then I talked about when would they announce the rainy season with my friends. We believe that we are already in the mid rest among the rainy season...
But I don't know what is the right day... I think, no one can know the day...

Million seller
I bought Haruki Murakami's latest novel "1Q84" on the first day of its sales. I wrote about this before. I heard the news about this novel yesterday. According to the news his latest novel "1Q84" became million seller in 12 days.
Some says we are in the deep slump in book sales. But "1Q84" is hardcover and its price is 3,600 JPY (about 36 USD) to buy both book1 and book2. And many people couldn't know its contents.
Anyway, I've already read the book. I like this book. I think, people who likes Haruki Murakami's works would love the story. I don't know when this book will translate into English or other language. But this book will be translated into English or other language, I believe.

One more week...
Of course, new iPhone (iPhone 3G S) is really fascinating. If I can I wanna buy new iPhone, but... My terms of iPhone's subscribing don't allow to buy it. I can buy it but I need to pay more. So, I don't have much money to buy new iPhone...
Also, I wanna buy new MacBook Pro. I think, it is really cheap. In January, 2008, I bought my MacBook. I can buy 15-inch MacBook Pro if I have same purse of my old MacBook. I might buy it if I can... Until then, I will use my MacBook.

Fire-alarm box
During 1st June, 2008 to 2011, we need to set up fire-alarm box at home. But in the case of bland-new houses, we need to set up until 1st June, 2006. Yes, we must set up fire-alarm box if we'll build bland-new house. But I don't have any plan to build bland-new house, then I don't care about that.
But I need to set up fire-alarm boxes. This is because the law is in force. I don't know how they are going to find out the houses that are not set up fire-alarm box yet. But this is necessary to set it up.
The picture on the top is the fire-alarm box that are already set up in my house. But we need to set up more fire-alarm boxes at home.

environment day
These years, we are thinking about environment. There are many memorial days like environment day. But we must think about global warming or environment more. This morning, Tokyo's FM radio station J-Wave did the campaign. At that campaign, their navigators and their listeners collected litters in near Shinbashi station.
I think, J-Wave is acting very nice. They are acting to stop or slow down the speed of the global warming.
I couldn't join today's campaign. But if I have a chance, I wanna join such campaign.

Where are they goin'?
I can't say stronger because I don't know much about Chines government and Chinese people. But I hope they will change their policy by themselves.
Another country is DPR Korea. I don't know what they are planning. But we must take strong action against this country. They must stop nuclear bomb test and missile test. And free the abduction victims.
Their actions are all nonsense. I hope Chinese government take strong action against DPR Korea. DPR Korea is like a little devil. We must stop DPR Korea's overdrive.

speeches
In my college, we have annual english speech contest. I’ve joined that contest 4 times since I entered the regular course of my college. I couldn’t join the contest last year, but I joined the other contest last year. At that contest we made a presentation. We couldn’t win at that time...
Anyway, this year I might not able to make a team to join that contest to make a presentation. Then this year I will join the annual english speech contest in my college. This will be the 5th time to speech there. I decided to join that contest because my English teacher suggested me to join the contest. This year the contest will hold in mid July. I don’t know exact day of the contest but before that I need to write the speech...
Fortunately, I could decide the theme of the speech, so all I need to do is just write a speech. And before the day of speech contest, I need to submit the document to check my English. I think, my blog contains a lot of mistakes. It’s not good but sometimes, people who checked my article send me message about my wrong English. These advices are really helpful for me. And I need these advices. But in the speech contest, no one teach me my wrong English. Then before the speech contest, I submit my document and ask the teacher to check my wrong English. At that time, I get many advices about pronunciations, gestures, etc...
I think, I will upload my speech document after the speech contest.

骨 hone
Yesterday, I wrote about the Louvre exhibition at the national art center tokyo. After I went to the national art center tokyo, I went to the 21_21 design sight at Tokyo Midtown to see another exhibition. "骨(Hone)". It's difficult to translate into English the word "骨", I think. This case I should say "skeleton" is better, I think.
This exhibition is not exhibit animals' skeletons. They are exhibiting skeletons of industrial products. I believed so before I've been there. But there were some skeletons of animals such as ostrich, snake, giraffe, etc....
Of course, there were skeleton of industrial products such as Sony's Rolly. And there were some X-ray pictures of products such as Boeing 777, Dyson's vacuum cleaner, etc...
But they are not main exhibits of this exhibition, I think. There were a lot of funny and interesting exhibits there. I believe that you can enjoy it. If you wanna go, go to 21_21 design sight in Tokyo Midtown. Or please ask me to get more information about this exhibition.

300th post
But today I will post about some exhibitions that I went on Saturday.
I posted the Louvre exhibition that are holding at "国立西洋美術館(The national museum of western art)" on 11th May. At that time, I wrote like I will go to another exhibition at "国立新美術館(the national art center tokyo)". Today is the last day of the Louvre exhibition at "国立新美術館(the national art center tokyo)". Then I went there on Saturday.
This was the first time to visit "国立新美術館(the national art center tokyo)". I felt that the national art center tokyo is really big. I think, the national art center tokyo is more than three times than the national museum of western art.
At this exhibition, I could know that there's mummy in the Louvre, first time. I had strong impression on the Louvre museum that there's only the arts of Europe. But there's some great arts that's not from Europe. And I could enjoy it.
On Saturday, I also went to the other exhibition that are holding near there. But I will post about that tomorrow.
