I'm not 20 yrs old yet
In
Japan, there are National pension plan. We need to pay monthly between 20 yrs old and 60 yrs old. It is duty for all Japanese aged between 20 yrs and 60 yrs old but over 50% people didn't pay it. It's a big problem. But if I can, I don't wanna pay for it. Because I might not get enough money after I will become 60 yrs old.
But I will be 20 yrs old in this month. Then a letter from government came to me these days. The letter says I need to pay 14,410 yen every month. I'm still student then, I might not be able to pay such money every month. So, I'll use derogation for students and young people. If we apply for it, we don't have to pay.
Of course, I don't wanna pay so, I will apply it. To apply it, I need to go to the office for apply. The letter says I need to bring my student card or commute verification for probation. I thought that it is tough for me to get commute verification because I need to go to school to get commute verification but I'm still in summer vacation. Possibly I don't wanna go to school during summer vacation but I have student card then I'll go to the office with my student card.

Toshocard
Do
you know "Toshocard"? Toshocard is one of the prepaid card that selling in Japan. But this prepaid card can be only used to buy books. "Toshocard" was not "Toshocard" before. In 1960, Nippon Tosho Fukyu Co.,LTD started to selling book coupon. Book coupon have often been used as a gift for school children. Book coupon was completely replaced to "Toshocard" in October 2005. There are 6 prices. 500 yen, 1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, 3,000 yen, 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen.
When we use book coupon we need change but we don't need change if we use "Toshocard". But it is difficult to know our accounts because there are no record on the card. I think, "Toshocard" is very good gift for kids. "Toshocard" is also used to promote reading books. These years, many young Japanese don't read books and some people think this is because of getting degrade of verbal aptitude. When I was young I don't like reading books but now I'm different. These days, I like reading books. I read 6 books in last month. I think, it was my record. I've never read such a lot of books in a month.
But why am I like reading books?
It is because "Toshocard", I think. I got 2 toshocards and today I got another one toshocard. Totally, I have 4,000 yen of toshocard. If we have 4,000 yen, we can buy many books. Then I bought many books and I'm reading it. I think, reading books is good then please read books!

Fight in the morning
the morning, I had a low appetite then I got out of my room to made a cup of coffee. During I'm making a cup of coffee I got the news that prime minister Yasuo FUKUDA decided to resign on the newspaper. After I read newspaper I went to my room with a cup of coffee. When I came back to my room there were black UFO.
I went out of my room with a cup of coffee. Then I came back to my room again with bug killer.
At that time UFO was flying near window in my room. I thought, that one couldn't come to me then I sprayed bug killer to UFO. But UFO didn't seems weak then I sprayed bug killer for about 30 seconds.
UFO got weak then I opened the window and threw the UFO to outside.
This is the end of my "fight in the morning".
I don't know exactly but it looks like paper wasp.
Anyway, I don't wanna fight with such a UFO like today. So, never come to my room especially in the morning.

They came back
Last
week, weather was not good. Rain, heavy rain and cloud. And temperature was not so high. Last week's highest temperature was not over 30 degrees (Celsius). I think, it was really good because temperature was not high. But there were problem. Heavy rains. Last week, I posted the article that is about heavy rain in Japan. I suffered from heavy rain twice a week... Each day my shoes sunk and I couldn't wear the shoes next day.
I thought, summer has gone and autumn came to us. But it was not fact. Today is good weather and highest temperature was over 30 degrees. Summer came back to us. Maybe, it is usual. Last year was same like today. In September, highest temperature was over 30 degrees. So, this is not special but something different. Weather forecast said like "It will be rain today". It's seems be sunny day but it'll be rain today...
In usual year, typhoon come to Japan so many times and hit many cities in Japan. This year is different. Typhoon did not come to Japan so many times. This year's trend is suddenly change the weather and start heavy rain and thunders. It's like squall. Maybe, Japan's climate changed to the tropical zone... Maybe, it is one of the effect of global warming.

Do everything without using hands
I think, if I can post my web log without using my hands. Of course, it is not so tough work for me that post my web log. That is one of the reason that why I'm keep posting my web log. But if I can post my web log without using my hands, how easy to post. I don't have to type, only thing that I need to do is think. Computer would read my mind and type it themselves.
I think, these passion made easy our lives. For example, mobile phones, the Internet, automotive, airplenes etc. These useful things made by human beings. Of course, many people ignored these stupid ideas long time ago. But there were people who could their dream came true. I like the phrase of Apple's commercial message in 1997 "Think different".
"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round page in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not found of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things."
This campaign was about a decade ago. But there were no commercial message that exceed this one, I think.
Anyway, I hope someday, the crazy ones or not the crazy ones can make my dream come true. LOL But I don't wanna wear damn machine like helmet. Even if that machine would appear, I won't use it because I can type. But there are people who can't type or do something. Maybe it will be really nice thing to break down these problems. I hope some day that this dream come true.
