Thunders
I
couldn't post on Wednesday then I posted two articles yesterday. I could post two articles but I couldn't post if blackout happened in my house. There were heavy rains and thunders. And blackout happened near my house. I was scared. Also, floods happened in some areas I heard.
This week was strange week I think. Because we are in summer but it was not so hot. And heavy rains kept for a week. Yesterday was record rainfall but today is nice weather. But weather forecast said like "it'll be rain today again".

Because of yesterday's record rainfall and thunders, I needed to change my schedule. I couldn't use train to go to college, then I decided not to go to college today. Train couldn't work all morning of today.
I couldn't use both JR Chuo-line and Keio-line so, I went to river near my house then I took some photos. You can look some of my photos that I took today on my web page and this article's top. The river is not so large in usual days but yesterday's record rainfall changed the river.
After noon, JR Chuo-line and Keio-line resumption of operating.

Green tea with honey
These
days I found the new drink. It is "green tea with honey". I can't image the taste of that when I found that. But it was very attractive for me because it is not usual thing. I think Green tea is green tea. I don't need sugar or honey of course salt when I drink green tea. I couldn't imagine sweet green tea. How about you? Is it usual, using sugar or honey when you drink green tea?
When I went to Australia, I found green tea that marked "non sugar". I was really surprised because Japanese don't mark "non sugar" on green tea. Because we don't use sugar or honey when we drink green tea.
Anyway, I bought the "green tea with honey" because it is very rare case that I can drink green tea with honey. I bought it and drunk it but its taste was not good... I think, it's wrong decision that they mixed green tea and honey. But if you want, you can get it in Japan. Coca-cola Japan is selling this strange green tea in Japan. If you drink it, please tell me your impressions.

Moving

this week, we have to move all materials in our laboratory to another laboratory. It is because our college will renovate its school building. There are 7 school buildings in our college and in last year they renovated one of them. The building that renovated in last year was the oldest building in our college and the building that will renovate in this year is the second oldest building in our college.
We transferred some boxes that are some tools inside, computers, documents, and other things that we need. Some things that too heavy or too big are transferred by traders. We need to set up all of computer that we need. But there are no power sources. There are also no LAN environments. Then, we couldn't set up on Tuesday.
Professors said that "electrical works would be finished during this week". But there were no power sources and LAN environments.
On Wednesday, we got the information that all of electrical works had finished. Then we could set up our computers. But the information was wrong. There were enough power sources but we couldn't connect to the Internet.
We set up all of computers that we can't access to the Internet. I hope that we can access to the Internet tomorrow.

Posting from my iPod touch
But my iPod touch have some problems. One of my problem is I can't find Wi-Fi spot. I am not using wireless network in my home so, I have to go to station or shop to connect to the network with my iPod touch. It's not useful because I can't connect to the Internet easily.
Second, my iPod touch's software is old one. Then I can't check my mobile me mail. And I can't use google map, I can't check my location, I can't download new applications that are selling on App store. But all of this problem will be improve if I update my iPod touch's software. But I need 2400 yen to update to version 2.2. Maybe I won't update my iPod touch's software because these problems will be improve if I change to iPhone 3G. If I can, I will buy iPhone 3G.
Last problem, I couldn't upload photo on this post. I don't know why but my iPod touch couldn't upload photos. It might be my fault. But I don't know how to do that... And I don't know iPhone 3G will improve it or not. I will check it and report it after I would buy iPhone 3G.

End of Beijing Olympic
On Sunday, Beijing Olympic have finished. I couldn't watch it so much time on TV but I could enjoy it. I surprised many things in this olympic. Great record on sprints and swimming. And I also found some interesting things during I was watching TV.
First, most of Japanese reporter report play by play but in nice timings like Japanese would get point or would do some thing great, they stopped play by play report but they started cheering. Not reporting they were cheering. I thought, it was really funny thing. LOL
Second, they faked up ceremonies. I couldn't watch opening ceremony but some media said they faked up on opening ceremony like fireworks. I could watch closing ceremony, but I found some fakes when I watched it on TV. Maybe, most of singers in there were didn't song. And the reporter said this morning, drams that used in closing ceremony were looked like plastic and maybe they didn't tap it in the ceremony.
I don't think, fake ups that they did are good. And they have to think more about that.
I wanna watch London Olympic in 2012. And I hope Olympic in 2016 will be held in Tokyo.
