Heroes + rain = ?
I like watching TV drama like "Prison Break", "Lost" and "Heroes". I rent these DVDs in rental video stores near my house. But I didn't rent "Heroes second season". If I have a much time, I wanted to rent it but I don't have to rent it... Because, I found another way to watch these dramas...
On before dawn, Nippon television is broadcasting "Heroes second season" free. In this program, I can chose language (Japanese or English) and I can add subtitle. So, I can watch it in English at free!! Of course, that TV station was broadcasting other dramas like "Prison Break" before. At that time, my TV couldn't add subtitles then I refused to watch it on TV. But now, I can add it.
There is one big problem that I need to be wake until late night. The program start from 1.38 on Friday and end at 2.33. For me, it is really hard... But now, I'm in spring holidays. I can watch it.. lol Then, I watched it...
During I was watching this program, the weather was rain. I didn't check the weather after the program but I think, it was raining or clouding. I woke up about at 7.00, it was raining at that time. But at noon, it changed to snow.
But the snow didn't pile up. The weather forecast says, it will be sunny. This week was terrible for me because the weather was very bad... But these bad days will change tomorrow.

Black out
Spring holidays will start from Friday. But I need to go to college until Monday because I need to make a presentation on Monday. Our college is different from most of universities in Japan. Students in most of universities in Japan have spring holidays from end of January or early February.
Anyway, today is end of the school days. But there is one big problem. Black out.
From 8.00 p.m our college black outed. But this was well announced so there is no big trouble I believe.

World Baseball Classics
Before the WBC, Japan national team did the game with Australia national team. On Tuesday and Wednesday, they competed. Japan national team won both game. On Tuesday, 2-8 and on Wednesday 11-2. I hope both team will show us good play in WBC.

Blood type fortune

I heard that only Japanese people believe that there are relationship between blood type and character. There are several types of fortunes in all over the world. I think, horoscope is the most famous fortune...
Last year there were some bestseller books about blood type and character. These are "B型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type B)", "A型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type A)", "O型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type O)" and "AB型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type AB)". About 40% of Japanese's blood type are A and 20% of Japanese's blood type are B. But "B型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type B)" marked no.1 sells in this series. Analysts posted a column and tell the why. According to his opinion, many Japanese wanted to know why people have blood type B behave so different. So, most of not blood type B Japanese bought this "B型自分の説明書(Instruction booklet for blood type B)". Then marked the no.1 sells in this series.
And tonight, Fuji TV will broadcast one series drama. This series drama started from Monday. This special series drama will broadcast only four stories. Tonight is second night. The title of this special series drama is "血液型別オンナが結婚する方法(The way that women get marriage, by blood type)". On Monday, blood type A. On Tuesday, blood type B. On Wednesday, blood type O. On Tuesday, blood type AB.
I think, there are no relationship between blood type and character. But it is really funny because many Japanese believe that and buy many things. And watch fortunes and dramas like I wrote today.
Notice: I translated the book's title into "Instruction booklet for blood type ~" but I don't know exact title of English then maybe I need to fix. But I decided to use this sentence... Also I translated the drama's title too. And I don't know exact title of English then maybe I need to fix. If you know about these titles in English, please tell me.

Departures
Most of news programs, newspapers and web sites were broadcasted that "おくりびと(Departures)" won the best foreign language film (81st Academy awards). Also "つみきのいえ(La maison en petits cubes)" won the best short film (animated).
They said that the Japanese film without animation have never won the academy awards. Then "おくりびと(Departures)" became the first case that won the academy awards.
Unfortunately, I've never seen both of them. If I have a chance to see that, I hope I want to see it! Have you ever seen these film?
